 This luminous expression of Chardonnay was composed of twenty-five to thirty carefully selected crus. It offers a pleasant, silky enveloping taste experience of pure citrus, floral notes and a rounded freshness.

	Bouquet:	First nose: intense aromas of fresh fruit rise: ripe lemon, juicy pear or freshly picked peach. Second nose: more floral and elegant reveal magnolia scents accompanied by spicy notes of ginger and pink pepper.
	Taste:	Do you feel that unique, harmonious texture that envelops the palate between tension and fullness? It is underlined by the intense aromatic freshness of ripe citrus and exotic fruits. The finish is long and slightly mineral.

The history of Ruinart begins in the 18th century, when Dom Thierry Ruinart - a great visionary of his time - foresaw the importance and potential success of Champagne. On September 1, 1729, Nicolas Ruinart put the vision of his uncle, Dom Thierry Ruinart, into practice and founded the Ruinart Champagne House. It is the first and thus, of course, the oldest champagne house ever. The pursuit of perfection has always been the highest maxim in the house of Ruinart and is based on the values of authenticity, quality, open-mindedness and refinement. A champagne composed of Chardonnay vines that give it exquisiteness and elegance, Pinot Noit vines from which comes the fruity note with strawberry dominant, and, to a lesser extent, Pinot Meunier vines, giving body and harmony to the whole. Characteristic is the crimson color and the very fine bubbles on a narrow cord. Its aroma is initially very fruity (mainly strawberry), but then more subtle with floral influences, especially acacia scent.
