Available as a cuvée of Chardonnay and Welschriesling, as Zweigelt and since the 2013 vintage also as Rosenmuskateller, there is something for everyone. The grapes of the Beerenauslesen are largely infested with "Botrytis cinerea", which gives the wines their typical character. In the gastronomy appreciated as a versatile food companion, our Beerenauslese harmonize with sweet and spicy dishes as well as our blue cheese "Kracher Petit"

Beerenauslese Cuvée

This Beerenauslese, which is composed of 60% Welschriesling and 40% Chardonnay, matures 15% in barrique barrels and 85% in steel tanks for at least 12 months, unfolds its true greatness with spicy cheeses or dessert variations as well as with spicy Asian dishes.

Beerenauslese Zweigelt

If the red Beerenauslese is served for dessert after a successful dinner, it goes best with spicy cheese variations made of blue and hard cheeses or with desserts made of dark chocolate in combination with wild berries.
However, there is nothing to stop you from enjoying this wonderful sweet wine, which is fermented in barrique barrels and then aged for at least 6 months, just like that, without any particular occasion, because as the saying goes: "In vino veritas".
