Look forward to this beautiful Auslese wine set, which means that directly after the harvest all not fully ripe and defective berries are sorted out. On the scale of predicate wine levels, Auslese is located directly above Spätlese and must have a must weight of at least 105 °Oe to even receive this classification.
The higher the must weight, the more residual sugar the finished wine has, which in turn means that the more must weight the mash has, the better the wine can be stored.

Auslese Muscat Ottonel

Medium yellow-green. Inviting nuances of tangerine, passion fruit and jasmine, multi-faceted, attractive bouquet. Juicy, very elegant, nutmeg, freshly structured, lively and very well integrated sweetness, makes you want more, honeyed touch in the finish.

Auslese Cuvée

Medium greenish yellow. In the nose fine hints of peach, blossom honey and delicate baby banana. Complex, fresh white tropical fruit, delicate lychee, mineral, pleasant acid structure, lemony finish.

Auslese Zweigelt

Bright cherry red. Red berry fruit on the nose, aromas of dried apricots, floral nuances, delicate hints of orange zest, a touch of strawberry. Juicy, good red wine character, discreet tannins, delicate honey touch, nuances of dark berries, blackberry jam and fine herbal spice in the finish.
