Our M U V I N Yellow Label is a fruity, light, exotic variation of our M U V I N Black Label which has been refined with a tropical touch of physalis.
The Physalis Flavour convinces in its composition of lovely flowery M U V I N and a slightly tart, lemony finish by means of the Physalis note.
The clear bouquet convinces in the freshness of citrus fruits, the sweetness of the banana, which combines in this combination two ideal counterparts acid & sweetness.
In the production M U V I N Yellow Label is our
most exquisite modification of M U V I N Black Label. For this we have to shock freeze the physalis in order to get the juice and the pulp which is later added to each bottle in the form of a self-produced syrup of 375 ml to 12 ml. This syrup, of course, is quite sugary and ensures a slight secondary fermentation in the bottle, which results in a slight sparkle that contributes to the lightness of this label, which symbolically distinguishes it.
The intensity of the taste and the bouquet can even be represented numerically in each bottle at least 4 bananas were processed.
This wine unfolds its ideal bouquet from a drinking temperature of about 14 degrees.

The M U V I N (banana wine) can be stored for years without any problems if the storage instructions are observed. Its taste is optimally protected by alcohol and sulfite content, the taste experience is thus preserved in any case. Also in matured condition the fruit wine remains a pleasure. A change in colour to a particularly dark golden appearance is a sign of quality and maturity. Storage: Protect from direct sunlight and heat.
