Alfred Schladerer Schwarzwälder Hausbrennerei GmbH

Alfred Schladerer Schwarzwälder Hausbrennerei GmbH is a distillery rich in tradition in Staufen im Breisgau, a picturesque town at the foot of the Black Forest in southwest Germany. The distillery was founded in 1844 by Alfred Schladerer and has been family-owned ever since.

The distillery is known for its high-quality fruit brandies, especially the Kirschwasser, which is made from cherries grown in the region. The distillery uses only carefully selected and hand-picked fruit from the surrounding area and relies on traditional distilling methods to preserve the natural flavours of the fruit.

The history of the distillery goes back a long way. Alfred Schladerer began producing fruit brandies in the 1840s and officially founded the distillery in 1844. In the following years, the distillery's products gained more and more popularity and eventually became internationally known. The distillery received numerous awards and was honoured several times for its excellent products.

In the 1960s, Alfred Schladerer's grandson, Hans Peter Schladerer, took over the distillery and successfully continued to run the company. Under his management, the product range was expanded and the distillery increasingly focused on exporting its products.

Today, the company is run by Jörg and Markus Schladerer, the two sons of Hans Peter Schladerer. The brothers are continuing the family tradition and successfully leading the distillery into the future. Today, the products of Alfred Schladerer Schwarzwälder Hausbrennerei GmbH are available in many countries worldwide and enjoy an excellent reputation.
