Jinzu Gin is a British gin brand that originates from a recipe created by a British bartender named Jean Campbell. The name Jinzu itself is a combination of the Japanese word "Jin" for "man" and the English word "Zu" for "water".

Jinzu Gin is characterised by a unique blend of British and Japanese botanicals. The base of the gin consists of classic gin ingredients such as juniper berries, angelica root and coriander seeds, which are combined with yuzu fruit, cherry blossom and sake-infused distillate. This combination gives the gin a unique aroma and flavour, characterised by a subtle sweetness and a slight citrus note.

The gin is double distilled and then brought to drinking strength with pure spring water from the Scottish Highlands. The result is a clear, juniper-infused gin with a distinctive flavour profile and smooth texture.
