Products from Laurent Perrier
Laurent-Perrier is a French champagne brand founded in 1812 by André Michel Pierlot. The name "Laurent-Perrier" was created by combining the names of two important family members: his wife, Mathilde Emilie Perrier, and his wife's brother, Eugène Laurent.
Laurent-Perrier has a long history in champagne production and is known for its high-quality champagnes. The grapes for their champagnes come exclusively from the best vineyards in the Champagne region and the wines are aged in traditional chalk cellars.
In the 1950s, the de Nonancourt family took control of the company and led it to international success. Bernard de Nonancourt, who started as an apprentice at Laurent-Perrier in 1947, later took over the company and championed quality and innovation. Under his leadership, Laurent-Perrier became one of the world's best-known champagne producers.
In the 1960s, Laurent-Perrier introduced the Cuvée Rosé, one of the first rosé champagnes. Later, other champagnes were added to the range, such as the Ultra Brut, a champagne without dosage, and the Grand Siècle, a premium cuvée from different vintages.
Today, Laurent-Perrier is an internationally recognised company and produces millions of bottles of champagne every year. The company is still owned by the de Nonancourt family and managed by Stéphane Dalyac, who is committed to ensuring that Laurent-Perrier continues to stand for quality and excellence in champagne production.
