The Auslese is the entry into the botrytis wines of Kracher
The single-varietal representatives Traminer, Muskat Ottonel and Zweigelt are typical of the variety and characterized by long-lasting freshness. The cuvée consists of Chardonnay and Welschriesling and is a complex, elegant wine. The Auslese have a residual sugar content of about 70 to 90 g/l. These wines go very well with Asian dishes, seafood, foie gras and fresh fruit desserts.
